    Ticketing Disputes / General Inquiries While Booking the Tickets

    Norms & Regulation of Refund Policy

    1. No refunds on purchased tickets.
    2. You may not be able to attend the live session if you are late.
    3. You may face interruptions during the course of the live stream due to internet connectivity issues.
    3. Show details and the artist lineup are subject to change as per the artist’s discretion.
    4. The holder of this ticket grants the organizer the right to use, all or any part of the recording of the event for advertising, publicity and promotions.
    5. We do not offer full/ partial refund or return of money after booking of the tickets.

    For Online (Digital) Shows:

    Please note the below mentioned terms and conditions carefully:

    1. Age Limit: 16 years and above
    2. This show will be streamed live on Zoom. You will receive a user id and password to join the room 24 hours prior to the show on the email id shared by you.
    3. Please login 10 mins before the show time.
    4. Recording or uploading of this stream is strictly not permitted.
    5. Please keep your audio ON during the show. Only go mute if there is background noise at your end. Wear headsets for better experience.
    6. Please do not talk or take calls during the show. It will disturb everyone on the show. Try to sit in a quiet room with no background noise
    7. It is mandatory for you to keep your video ON during the show.
    8. Audio and video controls of ticket holders lie with the organiser. We may disable audio controls of users to avoid background disturbances.
    9. If your individual connection is not optimal we would not be responsible. If the problem is faced by everyone, we would reschedule the show.
    10. The time and date of the show may vary due to Internet connectivity issues. In this case, the artist will share the revised date and/or time at the earliest.
    11. No refunds on purchased ticket are possible even in case of any rescheduling. The ticket is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged, cancelled or returned once bought.
    12. There may be interruptions in the stream due to Internet connectivity issues.
    13. One ticket includes access given to only one screen to view the live stream.

    How Does this work?

    1. Installing the ZOOM app is REQUIRED to get access to the show.
    2. For Desktop/ Laptop users: To download and install the Zoom Application: Go to Zoom App and from the Download Center, click on the Download button under “Zoom Client For Meetings”. This application will automatically download when you start your first Zoom Meeting.
